Kendall Square Community Skating Registration Form

To sign up for any Kendall Square Community Skating class, simply fill out this form, print it, and mail it to us! Please submit one form per participant.

We regret that we are unable to accept registrations over the web at this time. Reservations are subject to availability, and will be confirmed by phone or e-mail upon receipt of this form. If you have questions, please give us a call at (617) 492-0941.

Payment & Cancellation Policies

  • Full payment, by check only, is due upon registration for any event.
  • There will be a fee of $20 applied to all returned checks.
  • In the event that Kendall Square Community Skating postpones a class date due to inclement weather, students will be notified three hours before the start time and the class will be rescheduled.
  • Kendall Square Community Skating reserves the right to cancel events for any reason. In the event that we cancel an event, a full refund or credit will be issued.
  • For each Class Cancellation received before the first day of class, we will issue a refund less a $10 registration fee per participant.
  • No refunds or credits are available for missed classes.
  • I understand that Kendall Square Community Skating, Charles River Recreation, Lyme Properties, the Ice Stars Program, and our affiliates, associates, and instructors will not assume responsibility or liability for accidents and/or medical expenses incurred as a result of participation in this program. I understand that ice skating has an inherent risk of injury associated with it. I have read and agree to abide by the Skater's Code of Conduct whenever I skate.
